美味しいし、ご飯等もおかわり自由でよく利用します。 ですが、店員がこちらが呼びたくても近くに居ない。店員同士がずっと喋っていて気付かない。 それならばテーブルにピンポンを置いて頂きたいです。 あと女性の店員で1人体臭が臭いかたがいらっしゃいます。 食べ物屋で、あのニオイはキツイです。 店員が注意してニオイ対策させるべきかと。

食の旅に出掛けよう (Embark on a food adventure) 名代とんかつ かつくら 阪急西宮ガーデンズ店 (兵庫県西宮市高松町14-2 阪急西宮ガーデンズ本館 4階 西モール) こちらの名代とんかつ かつくらは京都に本店を持つ老舗のかつ専門店です 2024年10月7日(月)今日は夫婦揃って楽しみお伺いしました 僕は米沢三元豚かつ[宮城県産]の米沢三元豚ロース160㌘を注文しました 妻も米沢三元豚かつ[宮城県産]の米沢三元豚ロース120㌘を注文しました こちらでは揚げたかつを網の上に乗せて出されるので揚げた時の油が下に落ち衣がサクサク中はジューシーで目の前に来るので大変美味しです お召し上がりの際は初めに塩でさっぱりとゴマを擦り濃口ソースとカラシを入れて頂くと二度美味しく頂けます またシャキシャキのキャベツと麦入りの御飯と味噌汁[なめこ・マイタケ・エノキ等のキノコ類が多く入っている]がおかわり出来るので嬉しいところです またお茶が独特で京番茶とほうじ茶のブレンド？したちょっといや！だいぶ変わったお味のするお茶が出て来ます京都では定番のお茶だとの事です 今日はお腹がいっぱいになりました ご馳走さまでした

2025年4月 ゴールデンウィークに母親が来阪。普段揚げたてのとんかつを食べる機会がないという母のリクエストで、初めて名代とんかつ かつくらさんへ。夕飯時の19:00過ぎに行くと店前に10名程度の待ち客。運良く入れ替え時で20分程度で着座。並んでる時に、母と妻と次男は大海老かつとヒレかつ(税込2,320円)、自分はロースかつ(税込1,700円)と海老かつ(税込420円)をオーダー。自分は断然ロース派。着座して10分程度で配膳、その間に備え付けのお漬け物(広島菜)で生中(税込680円)と大隅(芋焼酎税込500円)を。サクサク衣にジューシーなロース肉はすりごまに濃口ソースで食べるのも美味しいけれど、塩とからしも美味しい。海老かつのタルタルソースも絶品。うれしいおかわり放題(麦ごはんとお味噌汁とキャベツ)で麦ごはんをおかわり。珍しいタケノコのお味噌汁も美味しい。食べて飲んで大満足でした。

3.5 stars. I rounded up because the food is great. The food is always delicious. However, the last few times I've been here, the service has been very disappointing. You need to be loud or you'll never get refills on anything. The waiters stay away from the customers unless specifically called. They'll let your cup remain dry for the entire night even if they pass by your table. They no longer ask if you want more cabbage, soup, or rice. I'm not sure if management is training them not to so they save money or if they're just not being trained properly. Honestly, they're probably not very motivated because they are in a shopping mall with a lot of potential customers. Even with lousy service, they'll get a lot of customers coming in. I'd prefer to go to a Katsukura that earns their patronage, but this is the closest one to me.
